Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. The service

FinalClimb (thefinalclimb.com) provides race-planning tools for cyclists — including personalized pacing, power targets, nutrition schedules, gear tracking, and crew logistics. The plans and recommendations generated by FinalClimb are guidance only. They are not medical advice, professional coaching, or a guarantee of any performance outcome. You assume full responsibility for your own judgment on race day, including decisions about pacing, nutrition, and whether to continue or withdraw from an event. Endurance racing carries inherent physical risks; please consult a qualified healthcare provider before undertaking any demanding athletic event.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. FinalClimb is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or who have obtained parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed annually via Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period, except where required by applicable law. Coach subscription tiers are described on the pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

By using FinalClimb you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service to third parties
  • Reverse engineer any part of the platform
  • Post abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful content in community forums or other user-facing features
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create on FinalClimb — including race plans, gear setups, and forum posts. By posting content you grant FinalClimb a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content within the service. For content you mark as public (such as community gear pages), this license extends to other registered users viewing that content. You can revoke this license by deleting the content or closing your account.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Endurance racing is inherently risky. FinalClimb is not liable for race outcomes, personal injuries, equipment failures, device malfunctions, or any other harm that may arise from your participation in any sporting event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinalClimb's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is capped at the total fees you paid to FinalClimb in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
