USA Cycling Gravel National Championships

The national championship of American gravel racing. Champagne limestone gravel through Minnesota's Driftless Region — punchy bluff climbs, technical coulee descents, and a stars-and-stripes jersey on the line. The 107-mile championship course packs in roughly 6,800 feet of climbing on a course that's about 60% gravel, with signature twists that include a segment through an apple orchard and a gravel quarry. Every category races a set distance: Elite/Open riders and age groups 19–49 take on the 107, ages 50–69 and juniors 15–18 race the 68, and juniors 11–14, 70+, and para categories race the 31. All three courses start and finish in downtown La Crescent, sharing the same opening run up Pine Creek and the bluff-top private-property sections that are only rideable on race day.
